Returns & ExchangesOrdering from Boujie Baby Couture automatically entails agreeing to our returns policy. Boujie Baby Couture will not accept exchanges for any purchases made outside of our online boutique. Please contact the retail location from which you made your purchase for details regarding their return policies and procedures. If for some reason you would like to exchange or return an item purchased through www.boujiebaby.com, our sales staff would be glad to assist you in obtaining a new product or credit your card within 10 days of purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. You will be responsible for prepaid and insured return shipping with an approved Return Consent Code. Please call our direct line to obtain your code. A 20% restocking fee is applied for non-defect returned merchandise. Even exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Items whose description is marked "final sale" and all items discounted 50% or more are considered final sale, and may not be returned for any reason. Customers may use Coupon Codes until their time of expiration. Special promotions are exempt from price adjustments. Orders that have been placed with Boujie Baby Couture may not be canceled once the e-mail order confirmation has been sent.
